Proposal Location Study
We utilized the list of Qualified Applicants in the IESO’s Long Term RFP documents to locate other proposals. Due to the competitive nature of the RFP we can not guarantee that this list is inclusive of all projects participating. These are simply the ones that we have been able to identify.
We then used the Greenbelt’s website to locate the proposals in relation to the Greenbelt.

Shift Solar Inc - Orchard Storage (formerly Bruce Trail)
This project is located on the Greenbelt and appears to be a new land acquisition.
Similar to the Langmaid proposal, the community is being given very little time to be informed, do their research and have chance to respond before the IESO’s RFP due date of December 12, 2023. The community meeting is scheduled for the Bruce Trail project on November 1, 2023.
The majority of the projects listed here have been communicating with their communities since 2022, offering multiple meeting opportunities, except those located on the Greenbelt. Why might that be?
